Originally, monks built a brewery in St.Ullrich at the end of the 16th century. During this time the brewery was due to cater for the population and the monks themselves with its delicious beer.

 

But the monks left St. Ullrich and the brewery was privatized and became a guesthouse. From these times originated the name of today’s Hotel Bräuwirt. By the personal and friendly atmosphere in the hotel Bräuwirt guests become friends – we look forward to welcoming you soon!
